Use the companies as case studies for yourself, develop a solution, then make them all pay for a solution, and charge a fee to keep them updated and fresh

It’s honest and good income. Best part is that it won’t take a lot of your time. This is work that is hard in the beginning but gets easier the more fluent you are with the subject matter and domain
