10 weeks

Every single time I start working out, I lose motivation because it never feels like i’m
making any progress and I give up half-way. This time though I’m especially serious about sticking to it, so I started taking pictures of myself to objectively see if there’s any progress.

I think I’m starting to make some progress- my back is definitely thicker and beefier. I can’t help but feel pathetic that I can barely bench half of what I used to in secondary school… but it should come back pretty soon. Bad sleeping/eating habits are probably not helping. I think things should get better as I fix my diet…

whatever it is, i haven’t felt this good in years!
