In the pursuit of knowledge and truth, sometimes you have to accept that all the progress you made in one field will have to be forgone when a newer perspective altogether overrides it.

I feel that way right now. And it feels strange, because you know you’re getting closer to becoming who you are and finding yourself, but wonder if all the effort for something that would never come to pass, was worth it.

Right now I think it’s best to not look back and just keep moving forward.

I wonder if that will change as well, some day.

It least you’re conscious. That’s something you can be more or less certain about.
